Operating hours are Monday – Friday; 7am – 6pm.

Ensure that you have all the necessary information and documentation required as the form cannot be saved.

Ensure that you have enough time to complete the form in one sitting, as it cannot be saved.
Document file names – all the documents to be uploaded/attached to the enrolment application should be saved without numbers or symbols in their names.
Proof of Age – if an Australian Immunisation Register document is supplied, additional proof of age (such as a Birth Certificate) is not required.

Ensure you indicate your preferred days and start date.
