Our childcare services (Long Day Care and Before and After Kinder Care) are approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS). CCS enables families attending an Early Education Centre to receive a discount directly off the daily service fee.

Before completing the Online Enrolment Registration Form:
Ensure that you have all the necessary information and documentation required as the form cannot be saved.
Without this information, the form will not submit.
Information and documentation required for the Form:
Complete the application form on a computer/PC using Google as your web browser, not on a phone.
Ensure that you have enough time to complete the form in one sitting, as it cannot be saved.
Document file names – all the documents to be uploaded/attached to the enrolment application should be saved without numbers or symbols in their names.
Proof of Age – if an Australian Immunisation Register document is supplied, additional proof of age (such as a Birth Certificate) is not required.
All sections with an asterix * must be completed.
Ensure you indicate your preferred days and start date.

Upon successful submission, a confirmation should appear on your screen and email sent to the email address provided. This will come from Hubhello, the online enrolment program.
Once the online form is completed, our Enrolment Team will be in touch within two weeks of your application, to confirm your place at Y Learn and Swim.
The Y Ballarat is independently reviewed by the Australian Childhood Foundation to ensure our services are safe for all children and young people.
